Psychological & Embodied experience
Unlocking Raw Creativity
Berlin · April 17–18, 2026
A two-day experiential workshop for musicians, performers & creative minds to dissolve creative blocks, performance anxiety, and reconnect with your natural, embodied creative flow
Creativity is not something you force.
It is something you remember how to access.
This intensive is
for you if you are:
  • a musician (instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, producer)
  • a performing artist
  • a creative professional working with sound, movement, or expression
  • a creative mind who feels blocked, stuck, or disconnected from inspiration

You may be technically skilled -
but something inside feels
tight, frozen, overcontrolled, or silent.
CORE PAINS OF MUSICIANS & CREATIVES
Learn to overcome these obstacles and reclaim your creative power.
  • Stage & Performance Anxiety
    • Fear of being seen, judged, or evaluated
    • Tension before concerts or performances
    • Loss of presence once you step on stage
  • Creative Blocks
    • “I know how to play — but nothing flows”
    • Difficulty improvising
    • Overthinking every note
    • Fear of making mistakes
  • Mental Overload
    • Creativity controlled by the mind, not the body
    • Constant self-criticism
    • Comparing yourself to others
  • Lost Inspiration
    • Feeling disconnected from joy and play
    • Creating “correctly” instead of authentically
    • Burnout and creative exhaustion
These are not technical problems.
They are nervous system & embodiment issues.
WHAT IF THE PROBLEM
IS NOT YOU?
What if creativity is not blocked — but simply suppressed?
Most musicians were trained to control, perform, evaluate, repeat. Very few were taught how to
trust their impulses, stay present under pressure, create from the body rather than fear, and allow imperfection.

This workshop is designed to reopen that channel.
WHAT IS THIS WORKSHOP?
A two-day immersive psychological
and embodied experience
  • Access raw creative energy
  • Release fear and inner censorship
  • Reconnect with spontaneous expression
  • Experience creativity as a living, bodily process
This is not a music/dance masterclass.
This is deep creative work beneath technique.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
  • Feeling more relaxed and confident on stage
  • Increased ability to improvise freely
  • Reduced fear of mistakes
  • Deeper connection to the instrument or voice
  • Renewed inspiration and joy
  • Feeling alive, expressive, and grounded

Not by “trying harder” - but by getting out of the way.

WHAT MAKES
IT WORK
A holistic approach
The work integrates a unique blend of psychological techniques (trauma-informed, performance psychology), body-oriented practices (somatic awareness, grounding, release, experiential exercises (not theory), and embodied creative exercises in safe group processes. This holistic approach facilitates the release of creative blocks and fosters lasting transformation.

We work with: nervous system regulation, breath, movement, voice, presence, relational field.
Creativity emerges as a state, not an effort.

Tatyana Levchik
Integrative psychologist
Creativity is relational. In a safe group field: fear dissolves faster, shame softens, expression becomes easier, you realize: you are not alone.
The group becomes a creative mirror, not a judgmental audience.

Methods Used in the Workshop

  • Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

Guided breathwork and somatic breathing practices help release accumulated tension and regulate the nervous system. These exercises support emotional grounding, increase presence in the body, and open space for authentic creative impulses to emerge.
  • Body-Oriented Practices & Neo-Reichian Pulsation

Through body-oriented exercises and neo-Reichian pulsation practices, participants explore how emotional and creative energy moves through the body. These practices help release inner blocks, restore natural flow, and reconnect with spontaneous expression.
  • Active Meditations & Creative Flow

Dynamic and active meditations help shift attention from overthinking to direct experience. Through movement, sound and awareness practices, participants access deeper states of presence, creative flow and embodied expression.
  • Experiential Group Work & Psychological Exercises

Structured group processes and psychological exercises support safe exploration of creativity, expression and relational dynamics. Participants engage in guided experiential practices that encourage authenticity, trust and creative risk-taking.

This intensive may not be for you if you are:

✕ Unwilling to explore (this program requires a commitment to deep, personal exploration)
✕ Looking only for technical music training
✕ Prefer purely intellectual learning
✕ Not ready for embodied or experiential work
✕ Expecting quick results without a deeper process
WHO HOLDS THE SPACE
Tatyana Levchik
Creative flow facilitator
An integrative psychologist, therapist and group facilitator working with individuals and groups in various themes related to awareness, embodiment, creativity and personal development.

Professional background combines psychological education with body-oriented and experiential approaches. I work with the nervous system, emotional processes, body awareness and group dynamics, helping people reconnect with themselves, their inner resources and authentic expression.

I have completed professional training in integrative psychology, trauma-informed and somatic approaches, and group facilitation.

I facilitate:
  • individual psychological sessions,
  • group therapeutic and developmental processes,
  • embodied and awareness-based workshops,
  • experiential formats combining psychology and body-oriented work.

My facilitation style is grounded, structured and sensitive to personal boundaries. I place strong emphasis on safety, clarity and respect for individual pace, creating spaces where deep inner processes can unfold naturally.

Across my work, I support people in reconnecting with their inner vitality, creativity and sense of meaning — not by forcing change, but by creating conditions where authentic transformation becomes possible...
What Participants Say
  • Olga Kobekina
    Pianist, Conservatori del Liceu, Barcelona
I have known Tatyana Levchik for more than a year. During this time I have worked with her both individually, as a psychologist and coach, and in group formats.

In the contemporary European context it is not easy to find a professional who offers such a wide range of approaches and methods as Tatyana does. Behind every practice she leads you can feel both her professional depth and her genuine sensitivity to the needs of the people she works with.

In individual work Tatyana embodies the qualities one hopes to find in a psychologist — attentiveness, delicacy and presence — while also being deeply honest and authentic in her communication.

In group work and retreats she creates a unique emotional and energetic field that allows participants not only to work with their personal questions during the process, but also gives a powerful impulse for further inner exploration afterwards.

For creative professionals, inspiration does not always come from the outside world. Very often it is discovered through entering one's own inner universe — where we find the foundations, ideas and meaning of our creative work.
Tatyana’s work gently and carefully guides this search, encouraging people to explore themselves more deeply.

I am deeply grateful to her for helping me turn this inner exploration into a daily and incredibly meaningful journey.
  • Olga Kastsiukovich
    Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer, Frankfurt
In Europe, the word “retreat” can bring up many different associations — and honestly, not always positive ones. I used to feel a bit cautious about it myself and thought that I would probably never go to one.
But one day my friend told me about Tanya’s retreats, and I’m very grateful to her for that, because it’s truly a place worth going to.

Probably the most important thing that happened to me is that I began to see what is happening in my life now from a completely different perspective. And it came at exactly the right moment.
Tanya guides each person, each participant, with great professionalism and care. With her, there is a strong sense of safety and trust, where you can gently go through your own processes and open up to the changes that are unfolding.

I’ve already attended Tanya’s retreat twice and also had an individual tantra session. I can sincerely recommend it. It initiates very deep processes and the kind of transformations that are truly needed at this moment in life.

It was incredibly meaningful for me to experience that such deep breakthroughs became possible only in this format. Even years of therapy had not opened what I was able to discover during this retreat.
  • Ilona Les
    Cellist & Multi-Instrumentalist, Germany
Tanya, I am deeply grateful for your support and for the many years of working together in different formats. Thank you for your empathy, courage, wisdom and for simply being who you are. For me you are like a guiding star that helps illuminate my path.

Thanks to your personal experience, continuous learning, openness and genuine curiosity about life, our work together has always been deeply therapeutic for me. I see you as both a mentor and a trusted companion on the path. As you often say, you are also a student of life — just a few classes ahead.
I am truly happy that our paths have crossed.

Your retreats have a very unique quality. You work with groups in an incredibly subtle and intuitive way — it is a real gift to sense people, build group dynamics and create a safe and supportive space. I deeply appreciate this.
Your holistic approach resonates strongly with me, especially with my nature that is both rational and sensitive.

I sincerely wish that many more people will have the chance to experience you and your work. May there be more people in the world who find their way back to themselves — and I believe you are helping them do exactly that.
  • Darya Semuha
Voice Coach & Sound Therapy Practioner, Belarus
After two days of the workshop, I feel like a new version of myself. A new level of depth and subtle connection with the world has opened. I look at my children differently now — more present, more loving, embracing them with my whole heart.

There is more warmth, aliveness and freedom inside me. A sense of expansion, scale and unfolding inner power. My body is still adjusting to this energy and circulation on many levels.

Yesterday on my way back I was singing the whole journey — with such joy and fullness. My chest opened, my voice became deeper and fuller, and I could reach notes I had never been able to reach before.

Thank you, Tanya, for your depth, sensitivity and the way you hold the space so carefully. And thank you to our beautiful group for the shared magic.
I witnessed your strength, mastery and presence in every stage of the process.
